Reviews of “Rock Bottom” from Garageband.com:

Now this is blues
My god this is what i've been looking for. Blues like this is hard to find, unless you're at a smoky jazz club in the middle of the black part of some city. I'm loving this song. Guitar work is amazing along with the vocals and drums...i'm speechless. Thanks for the time.

slow is nice....
Nice sound. Enjoy the vocs and the organs is way-cool in setting the mood. Standard kind of song sucessfully perked up with good understated leads, harmonies and a smooth arrangement. Keep it up. Peace, Slick

there is a house in new orleanss...
they call the rising sun. I seem to be having good luck today, I just gave three 5's (reviews) and am about to give you a fourth. Obviously proficient and energetic musicians fronted by a professional vocalist. This band will do very well. Great song, too. Keep up the good work, K.C.

Rock bottom is fine with me
Good understated guitar work, better recording would really help the vocals. I'd like to hear more drum, especially a little more of a ride on the high hat. Love the organ, maybe bring it out a little more? Good bass groove, nice and tight with the kick drum.

Laid back and simple
a really nice sounding piece. I like the melody and the lyrics, and I really like the guitar. The overall sound is good and I like the keyboard touch.... None of the solo's overwhelm. I like it.

Hope this band doen't hit rock bottom
Not bad rocky blues song with some fine guitar playing. vocals are good. Good solid rhythm section. the trouble is there are so many damn fine blues bands around that it is so hard to get a break and I hope this man gets it. Well done matey and good luck.

Classic Blues
Good classic blues tune. some real solid vocals blend very well with the instruental work. Guitar starts off good and gets better. I really liked the acoustic sound on the intro. The solo work throughout was also well done. It added to the osng and did not seem over done. Well done well balanced tune.

A Real Blues Band Sound Doesn't Have to Be Bland, Bobby
All right, a different blues sound! (Down with the SRV copycats.) The lead guitar is thoughtful and assertive, the keyboards fill like they should. Good vocals. The drummer gets in there to keep that beat happening. Good blues lyrics, sung with emotion. Hey, rock bottom is the blues.

Mellow Down EASY!
Great lyrics. It made me feel like I had the blues! That is the best compliment I can give. The organ added a lot to the song. I can't hear enough organ in a tlyle of music like this. …The singer really sang this with emotion, as did the back-up singers. That is a DEFINITE plus! Overall, this is a much better than average song.

Liked the voice
yes this is a good song well played and well sung. Liked the feel it had the blues there in its soul. Drums and bass are tight, ... Good to hear an organ playing in the background added atmosphere. Keep those blues going boys well done.
